The city – Barcelona
Located on the Mediterranean sea shores and with two thousand years of history is a welcoming, plural and diverse city. Known for being the capital of modernism architecture and one of the most tourist cities in world held the Olympic games in 1992 and the Forum of Cultures in 2004.
The International airport of Barcelona (PRAT) has direct flights to most of the capitals of Europe. The airport is round 13 km from the city centre.
For the connection between airport and the city center you may choose one of the following options:
- By taxi to any central location of the city can cost around 20-25 euro
- By train to the city centre stations: SANTS, Passeig de Gracia or Estación da França
- By the blue AEROBUS to city centre stops: Universitat or Plaça Catalunya
